Compostable Baskets and Trays
A tray is a shallow container, usually flat-bottomed, without handles and shallow edges that is used to carry, serve or present things, especially food. However, a basket is a container of plastic, cardboard or other flexible material, with one or two handles, used to carry food, or anything else. The difference is in the material. Compostable trays and baskets are made of biodegradable material, that is, over time, it is degraded by the metabolism of the microorganisms in its composition, therefore it is more beneficial to the environment.
